Exceptional service! The Charles Limousine team picked us up from Montreal-Trudeau Airport upon our return from vacation, and the experience was impeccable from start to finish. We received excellent service that went above and beyond. Our driver, Mirko even gave my elderly mother VIP service helping her out of her wheelchair and into the car. Mirko's positive can-do attitude really set the tone for our family trip and even though it was early in the morning, his energy was outstanding. Can't wait to have an occasion to travel with you again.

Our travel plans were cut short unexpectedly and we had to fly back to Montreal from Europe earlier than planned. Our original car service was not able to accommodate our change, particularly because we were flying in on Christmas Day. So I reached out to Charles Limousine from Prague and Georges was very fast to respond and assist us in making all the arrangements to have us picked up at the airport and brought home to Kingston.
The driver, Saïd, was already at the airport and waiting when we arrived. The instructions that Georges sent on where to meet Saïd at the arrivals area where clear and accurate. As a result, we were loaded up and underway home within only a few minutes of deplaning.
The vehicle was new, very clean and quite comfortable. The music Saïd had playing was very nice (I'd love to get the playlist!) and his driving was very safe and professional.
We would highly recommend Charles Limousine based on our experience at Christmas. We will certainly use them again in the future.

This is a service operated by people who keep their word and we wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to use them again for our future travels. They were early for our departure transfer at 6:15 AM and helped us load our checked bags, our stroller and were patient while we figured out how to use the baby seat. The baby seat was clean, up to date and we had the option of installing it rear or forward facing. Our driver Mike was super personable, he gave us travel tips and ensured a smooth and safe transfer both ways. He was a joy to get to know and we thank you so much for everything Mike! The escalade they picked us up in was clean and at a comfortable temperature. They even kept our winter gear for us from the departure transfer at no extra cost which we got back INSIDE the airport so we’re not cold for our arrival transfer. Booking was smooth as can be. I did most of it online and they called me to confirm a few things for the car seat. When we arrived we were expected to call/text them at door 24. Our driver was at the door with our coats in less than 5 mins. This is the kind of attention to detail and logistics that is lost in service today but we’re so happy to have found a transfer option for our family that takes what it does seriously. Thank you to everyone at Charles! we have recommended you to all of our family and friends.

We used this service to go to the airport and to come back. The day we came back, it was -40 degrees. Had we used the conventional cab or Uber it would have been a disaster. We didn’t wait one second .

Great service. Showed up on time at 3 am. Clean new Escalade ESV. Driver packed the car with all the luggage, 2 car seats, stroller and 4 adults and 2 children. Super nice guy. Lovely safe drive in the snow to the airport. Communication was very good to book the service. Price was competitive. Even the extra service to keep our car seats and winter coats if needed was offered (Did not need). Will definitely be using their service again. 5 stars!

From the first question to the follow ups, the answers we got were professional quick and precise. The services was impeccable, on time and what we were searching for to go straight to the airport at odd times. When we got back, the service was on time and waiting for us. The chauffeurs were professional, helped us with the luggages and courteous. I more recommand if you are looking for a limousine service to jead to the airport. For certain we will reuse the service.

Super reliable, friendly and gives super good customer service. Good service and patient even when they are little delays at the airport! Ask for Michael as driver, he brought us to the airpot, and picked us up 2 weeks later on the way back, super good driver!!
